Somaliland’s health ministry has suspended the medical license of Formula10 which sells traditional medicine in Hargeisa the capital. According to the Director General of the health ministry, Dr. Mohamed Abdi Hergeye, has announced on Wednesday that the government has revoked the operational license of the traditional medicine center. The DG has made the remarks during a briefing of the state of Covid-19 in the country for the past 24 hours. Mr. Hergeye has accused the Formula10 management of causing skepticism in the public. Formula 10 manager, Dr. Abdirisak Gabobe had questioned yesterday over the capacity of Covid-19 testing laboratory in the country. Dr. Hergeye said Covid-19 laboratory test equipment was donated thanks to the World Health Organization (WHO). He asserted that the laboratory equipment is of high standard. There are experts that WHO sent with the laboratory test who are operating Covid-19 laboratory test.
