Somaliland’s Vice President, Honorable Abdirahman Abdilahi Ismail aka Sayli’i has announced his bid to run for the candidacy of the ruling Kulmiye party’s leadership on Tuesday. The VP made the remarks in an interview in Hargeisa. Sayli’i said, ” I will run for the leadership of the party once the party holds its General Assembly.” VP Sayli’i has argued that he is the only one entitle to vie for the party’s leadership at this time around and the reason is that he is one of the founders of Kulmiye party. He also said that he announced his political ambition at the right time.
