The president of Somaliland His Excellency, Musa Bihi Abdi on Thursday chaired the council of ministers meeting held at the presidential palace. Parliamentary election quota system and being preparedness for the upcoming polls were high on the agenda of the discussions. The ministers held long and heated debate on reaching a resolution on the parliamentary quota system in Somaliland and to gear up for the forthcoming polls. The ministers of religious affairs, foreign affairs and trade presented reports before the council of ministers council of meeting. Finally, the government has made clear that it is committed to holding free and fair parliament election in Somaliland.
