The Deputy President of Somaliland, Hon. Abdirahman Abdilahi Ismail received head of UN-JPLG Mr. Paul Simkin who has paid a courtesy call to Somaliland today. The two sides have exchanged views on ways that Somaliland city councils have benefited from the JPLG which is going on in nationwide.
