Somaliland President Musa Bihi Abdi, yesterday awarded medals to officers of SL’s armed forces for distinguished service. The officers who were 12 in number qualified for medals and certificates. They were decorated at a ceremony held on Monday, presided over by the president and the defense forces chief of staff, Brigadier General Nuh Tani.
