The 2nd Session of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Somaliland chaired by the Speaker of the House, Hon. Abdirizak Khalif Ahmed who delivered a keynote address, was convened on Saturday.
Hon. Ahmed informed the MPs that the agenda of the 2nd session would be set by the Business Committee consisting of the chairperson and the chairmen of the sub-committees of the house.
“There are rules that need to be approved by the house.” Speaker urged the MPs.
The MPs are coming back to an August House that has been refurbished, hence facilitated by appliances that are apt to international standards, with this time round putting the members of the deaf community into perspective by availing an interpreter as concerns its media.
