The Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud on Saturday travelled to Kampala on an official working visit.
The objective behind the visit of Somali President to Uganda is aimed at consolidating the bilateral ties between the two countries in the areas of security and trade cooperation.
Somali President, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud is expected to hold high level talks with his Ugandan counterpart, Yuweri Museveni.
The two leaders are expected to discuss issues of high priority including the support of Ugandan soldiers in AUSSOM which will replace ATMIS.
The visit is also crucial in strengthening the bilateral ties between the two countries and ways to speed up the war against Al-Shabab militants.
