Shifting the blame on Somalia, Somaliland is empowering Somalia which only exists on paper. Somaliland should be taking issues with the so called international cartels in Mogadishu who are collaborating with the entity in Mogadishu on corruption and instigation of conflict in the region. It should be writing to ambassadors of these governments as well as the governments who are involved in Somali issues directly about what is acceptable to continue the good cooperation between Somaliland and international community. It should also inform international organisations including the UN about the rules of the game.
