Somalia has confirmed its first death from coronavirus on Wednesday.
This was revealed by Ismail Mukhtar Orongo, Somalia’s government spokesman has said that the patient succumbed to the deadly COVID-19 in Mogadishu.
The patient is reported to be 58-year-old Somali national who had no travel history.
The patient died of COVID-19 in Martini hospital in MOgadishu.
