The education ministry from Somaliland has bade farewell to 450 recipients of Ethiopian government scholarships in a ceremony held on Thursday.
The students are expected to leave for Ethiopia starting on the upcoming Saturday.
The president of Somaliland will pay the airline fares that will be incurred by the students.
Ministers who spoke during the farewell ceremony reiterated the students to keep the esteem of Somaliland in terms of education and behavior while pursuing their graduate and under graduate programs in universities in Ethiopia.
