Somaliland leader, Hon. Musa Bihi Abdi has met today a high level delegation headed by UN envoy for Somalia, Mr. Nicholas Haysom.
Issues that were high on the agenda of the talks included peace, strengthening UN and Somaliland collaboration and the long stalled Somaliland-Somalia talks and other common mutual interests. Mr. Nicholas, UN envoy to Somalia/Somaliland has said that the discussions that he held with Somaliland president was fruitful.
This is the first visit that Mr. Nicholas Haysom has embarked since he was appointed to the post.
