HARGEISA– The ministry of justice signed Memorandum of Understanding with Beder Varsity yesterday which is aimed at educating inmates in Somaliland prisons.
The signing ceremony saw the attendance of the justice minister, Hon. Abdikani Mohamud Ateye, Beder university chancellor, Hon. Mubarik, director general of the justice ministry, Hon. Abdihakin Hasan Ismail, the chief of custodial corps, Hon. Mohamed Osman and officials from UNSOM. The minister of justice officially signed the deal with Beder university president, Mr. Mubarik.
