DUBAI–Mining show hosted by UAE and is held in Dubai saw the attendance of Somaliland delegation. The major aim behind the show is to be part of the strategic World Economic Market and is benefited by many countries which were extended an invitation in order to attend. Delegates from China Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Morocco, and Somaliland were attending. The current head of Somaliland mission to the UAE, Hon. Hasan Yasin Hirad who is among the attendees said that this a great opportunity for Somaliland to have the expose in terms of showcasing its rich of minerals thanks to the UAE facilitation. The Director General of energy and mineral ministry, Hon. Ahmed Mohamud is also attending along with the representative. The ministry of energy and mineral will showcase a booklet containing all minerals that are available in Somaliland.
