British Ambassador to Somaliland and Somalia has held a meeting with NEC today at their HQ. The Ambassador, Mr Ben Fender and NEC has discussed issues regarding the democratization process of Somaliland and the current planned Parliamentary and Local Elections due to be held at the end of this year.
