Somalian President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo, spoke at the Russian-Africa Leaders Summit on current opportunities for cooperation & investment.
The president talked in depth the importance of Africa-Russia collaboration, which he highlighted would be mutually beneficial, and stressed the significance of Africa’s partnership with the international community.
The President reaffirmed the the long standing friendship between Somalia and Russia, the bilateral cooperation and investment projects, and the commitment of SFG to forge Russia-Somalia ties.
President urged attending leaders at the event and Investors to embark on fact finding tour Somalia to see the progress, and to assess the investment opportunities and the resources back home.
President Farmajo thanked his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, the government and the general public for their warm and cordial reception accorded to him and his delegation.
He asserted that Somalia hails all issues raised during the forum at the Africa- Russian summit.
