The Liyuu Police, the paramilitary force in Somali state in Ethiopia arrested today Mr. Abdimalik Muse Oldon, a journalist hailing from Somaliland.
According to reports coming from Jigjiga confirm that he was frogmarched from Gashamo along with his crew.
The reporter was covering a story on the grave human rights abuses committed by Liyuu police which was founded and was loyal to the former Somali State leader, Mr. Abdi Iley who is under police custody awaiting to be brought before a court for his terrible crimes.
The Somali State in Ethiopia has not issued a statement concerning the apprehension of the journalist along with his crew.
