House of elders made a decision that will see the burning of a controversial book authored by the information minister. Parts of Somaliland women community took the matter to the house of elders after they said that the information minister wrote abusive words against integrity of certain part of women. The house speaker, Hon. Suleiman formed the commission to probe on the claims of Sooyaal book. The accusations dragged on for a year with out a resolution being reached by the the two sides.
