Somaliland’s Foreign Minister Dr. Essa Kayd Mohamud who is leading ministerial-level delegation left for Taipei on Monday to confer with senior officials of the government of Taiwan.
Somaliland delegation received a formal invitation from the government of Taiwan.
Finance Minister Dr. Sa’ad Ali Shire, Planning & National development Minister, Omar Ali Abdullahi and the minister of livestock is accompanying the FM’s visit to Taiwan.
During his stay in Taipei, Dr. Essa Keyd is to review ways to bolster the bilateral ties between the two countries.
The delegation is due to hold talks with President Tsai Ing-Weng and other senior officials.
SL delegation will meet with Taiwan ICDF, CPC firm , and the firm CECI which is due to construct modern hospital in the capital Hargeisa.
