HARGEISA- The president of Somalia, Hon. Farmajo has nominated an instructor at Hargeisa university to be one of the supreme judges at Somalia. Mr. Abdikadir Idiris Isse, is a lecturer at the faculty of law at Hargeisa university. This is the third instructor at Hargeisa varsity whereby the Somali president has appointed to a post.Mr. Idiris did his masters degree in Sudan and studied law where he recently traveled to Mogadishu, the Somali war torn capital.
