The Ambassador of the Republic of Somaliland in Ethiopia, Amb. Adam Gedi Qayad, alongside the Deputy Minister of Trade and Tourism, Mr. Faisal Mohamud Said, and the Education attaché, Mr. Abdikhalaq Mohamed, participated in a significant military graduation ceremony in Ethiopia. The event celebrated the completion of training for soldiers, including officers from the Republic of Somaliland.
During the ceremony, the Somaliland delegation had the honor of meeting with key figures such as the Commander of the Ethiopian Military Forces, Field Marshal Birhanu Jula, and the Kenyan Ambassador to Ethiopia. The event underscored the strong military and diplomatic ties between Somaliland, and Ethiopia.
The Ethiopian Ambassador also took the opportunity to commend the Ethiopian government for its ongoing support, specifically highlighting the scholarships extended to Somaliland students.
