The Forum for National Parties in Somalia has called on the Federal Gov’t of Somalia to hold free & Fair polls timely and warned against further extensions.
This was disclosed in a press conference the leaders of the FNP held in Mogadishu and issued a communique on the forthcoming national polls scheduled to take place in Somalia in 2020-2021.
The Forum for National Parties (FNP) also spoke of other issues including the SFG and Federal member states earmarking funds for 2021 elections which is not yet planned and clearly not cited the figure.
The FNP said the country’s electoral system needs to be united and further stressed that all Somali people must have the chance to participate in the polls.
