The Director of UAE Trade office in Somaliland, Honorable Abdulla Al-Naqdi, held talks on Sunday, Sept 5, 2021, with the new speakers of the house of national assembly, Mr. Abdirisak Khalif who was flanked by the First Deputy Speaker of the House, Saed Mire Farah Gire.
The meeting between Al Naqdi and parliamentary speaker covered on several topics including the establishment of close cordial cooperation between the legislative branches of Somaliland and the UAE. During the meeting, the two sides have agreed upon that the two parliaments will exchange on knowledge, work experience and also exchanging delegations from both sides.
