HARGEISA– In Somaliland, the ministry of agriculture commemorated the World Food Day last Tuesday. The event brought together agriculture minister, water resources minister, minister of environment and deputy planning minister.
Officials from Wold Food Program and Food Agricultural Organization also attended the event. It was showcased on Somaliland’s local production at the highly organized event. World Food Day is marked across the globe on the 16th of October every year.
