On the 28th of August, 2018 the University Of Hargeisa invited officials from the International University Of Africa located in the capital of Sudan Khartoum to the University Of Hargeisa’s 15th batch graduation ceremony.
The officials from the International University Of Africa were Prof. Kamal Mohamed Obaid and Dr. Tadjadine Bachir Niam, the invitation resulted in a partnership between the University Of Hargeisa and the International University Of Africa in which both universities signed a memorandum of Understanding which stated varies collaboration between the two universities in the future.
