Addis Ababa, February 8, 2019 (FBC) – President President Sahle-Work Zewde along with Alpha Condé, President of Guinea, visited the Eastern Industrial Zone located in Dukem, Oromia regional state.
Ethiopian Investment Commission and the Industry Park official briefed both presidents about the park, according to Office of the President
It was briefed that the park has created more than 15 thousand job opportunities and it is intended to double this number in the second phase, the office added.
The Guinean delegation team members expressed that they have taken a great lesson from the overall activities of the industrial zone.
Earlier today, President Sahle Work and President Conde laid a cornerstone of Guinea’s embassy compound in Addis Ababa.
