The ongoing mediation talks between President Farmajo and PM Roble came to an abrupt halt last night after the two sides failed to reach a consensus of the disputed issues.
The president of Southwest state of Somalia, Abdiasis Laftagaren who was among the mediation team has returned back to his home.
It seems that both leaders have failed to show a sense of compromise on the contested issues after Federal leaders who are locked horns have walked out of the last face-to-face meeting.
Some of the mediation members have said that they are optimistic that the disputed sides will return back to the talks.
