The Deputy President, Hon. Abdirahman Sayli’i yesterday met with the steering committee tasked on the Joint Program on Local Government (JPLG). The high level meeting held at the presidential complex saw the attendance of the ministerial committee tasked to the chair the JPLG. The gathering which held on three month basis, the DP urged the committee to carrying out the unaccomplished projects within the program to the districts in Somaliland. They talked about the first two phases which lasted for 5 years each. They discussed what has been done and what is left to be accomplished.
