Mohamoud Suleiman Isse Mengiste has been sacked as Somaliland’s representative to China. So, too, has Mohamed Abdikarim Omar Ismael suffered the same fate as deputy Somaliland representative to Ethiopia as contained in Presidential circular JSL/XM.KQ/221/1-328/06 2019 dated yesterday. The same decree specifies that the President H.E. Musa Bihi Abdi has appointed a new commercial attaché to the Chinese liaison office and also new Badan regional administrators. While Mr, Mohamoud Hamud Omar has been appointed the new Badan regional governor, Mr. Abdirahman Ahmed Musa becomes his deputy. Mr. Awil Ibrahim Ali becomes the country’s new commercial attaché to China.
