The former director general at the ministry of labor and social affairs, Mr. Mohamed Ilkase has attended the inauguration ceremony of Ahmed Madobe which is held in Kismayo on Saturday. The ex-director general was sacked by the incumbent Somaliland president Musa Bihi Abdi recently in mini government reshuffle. It is not quite clear if he is representing Kulmiye party and Somaliland government at the inauguration of Ahmed Madobe, the president of Jubaland state of Somalia for his second term in Office. The former DG appeared at the hall where the ceremony was taking place and Somaliland populace are amazed with his attendance at the swearing in ceremony. Somaliland gov’t has not so far commented on it as far as the decision is concerned which boycotted the attendance of the ceremony.
