The UK defense attache of its embassy in Addis Ababa has paid a courtesy call to the coast Guards of Somaliland Command headquarters which is based in the port city of Berbera.
The delegation consisting of Colonel Colonel Matt Munro and Jeneral Iein.
The UK officials met and held discussions with Somaliland Coast Guard Chief, Admiral Mohamed Husein Farah.
The two sides discussed ways to further boost cooperation between the UK and the Coast Guards as being a beneficiary to the projects that the UK implements in Somaliland.
The delegation inspected ongoing projects which will be accomplished soon including communication and database foundations.
SL Coast Guard Chief thanked the UK for its unwavering support to Somaliland coast guards.
