Axiom International Limited‘s Mark Reber has presented members of the Monitoring and Inspection Committee of the Somaliland High Judicial Commission with a Policy and Guidance Binder developed by him and Axiom International Limited‘s consultant Samir Dualeh. The procedural guidance covered in the Policy Binder includes; citizen complaints; data analysis; performance monitoring; and investigations, and supplements the new Judicial Code of Conduct developed by Axiom and recently endorsed by the High Judicial Commission.
