Ten Al-shabab terrorists who have been coordinating attacks in Somalia’s Southwest State on Sunday have surrendered to the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA).
The ten militants whose photos were displayed to public surrendered to the gov’t as Somali troops intensified operations to flush out the extremists in the region.
Al-Shabab members said they have abandoned the militant group’s ideology of causing horrific acts of atrocities against the Somali populace.
They have appealed to the Somali gov’t and its populace to pardon them so that they will be part of the community.
