The president of the republic of Somaliland His Excellency, Musa Bihi Abdi is expected to fly to Addis Ababa, Ethiopian capital tomorrow leading a high level delegation. President Bihi has received formal invitation from Ethiopian PM, Dr. Abiy Ahmed.
The Head of State of Somaliland is expected to hold high level bilateral talks with Ethiopian senior gov’t officials including PM, Dr. Abiy. This is the first official visit that president Bihi is to travel to the neighboring country after the incumbent PM assumed office as Ethiopia saw a wind of change. Political analysts argue that PM Abiy Ahmed has downgraded diplomatic levels with Somaliland.
