Somaliland’s Minister in charge of Planning & National Development, Hon. Hon. Awale Ibrahim Shirwa is on official working visit to Nairobi, Kenya’s capital for the past couple of days.
The minister conferred with EU officer in charge of economic development for Somalia, World Bank representative to Somalia, official in charge of German development Bank for East Africa and members from the European Union that hugely contribute to Somaliland’s Development Fund (SDF) which are based in Kenya.
The talks centered on the completion of Hargeisa Water Supply Expansion and the provision of relief aid earmarked victims of Cyclone Saga which hit Somaliland’s western and coastal regions in the country.
