Somaliland’s minister of investment is in Cascais, Portugal attending Horasis Global Meeting. The meeting kicked off on the 6th and concludes on the 9th of April, 2019. The mission for holding the gathering was to address integration and networking in terms of investment. The minister, Hon. Mohamed Ahmed Awad delivered a speech at the event where he highlighted Somaliland’s history and the areas which need to be invested. The minister has not hesitated to focus on Somaliland’s untapped resources including minerals, oil, fish, agriculture, livestock and frankincense. The meeting is held annually and is invited to 800 delegation from the world.
