Our Head of Mission (HoM) Maria-Cristina Stepanescu met with Puntland authorities on May 6th in Garowe. Introductory discussions focusing on cooperation where held with the Vice-President, H.E. Ahmed Elmi Kara and the Minister of Justice, Dr. Mohamed Ali Farah. The HoM also met with the Minister of Planning, the Deputy Minister of Security and Deputy Chief of Staff.
