The PFM Coordination Department has organized a-three-day training on Leadership and Change Management for senior employee from the Office of the Accountant General, on January 11, 2020, at Ambassador Hotel Hargeisa
The training aims to equip participants with the leadership and management skills for facilitating reforms, and creating an encouraging environment to adopt change and promote use of best practices to achieve results in managing public finance.
The training was facilitated by the PFM Change Management Specialist.
The PFM is designed to improve the government’s capacity and systems to utilize public funds, towards meeting the National Development Plan (NDPII) goals and those of Vision 2030.
