Heavy rain and strong wind caused damage to houses and government building in Aynabo. The rain is reportedly torn the roof off Aynabo City Hall building. It has also confirmed that it damaged regional building the likes of ministry of religious affairs, the provincial taxation office and Internally displaced people’s office. Aynabo mayor accompanied by local councils have inspected the extent of the damage that the heavy rain left behind which battered the township. It is confirmed that two people have been reportedly injured in the rain according to regional authority. The improvised communities living in the suburbs of Aynabo have also been impacted by the rain that battered the township.
