SL Gov’t has extended its heartfelt condolences to the republic of Tanzania for the death of President John Magufuli for heart complications.
A statement from the ministry of foreign affairs for SL stated that thoughts and prayers are with the people of Tanzania.
SL described the death of the president as a tragic loss.
Magufuli died in a hospital in Dares Salam aged 61.
VP Samia Suluhu announced the death of Tanzania’s president in a televised announcement after weeks of speculations of his health and whereabouts.
