Mogadishu– The director of National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA), on Thursday released the photo and the information regarding on al-shabab operative by the name of Abdilahi Hassan Abdi Osoble, who is also known as Wadaad. The alshabab operative is reported to be responsible for collecting sakawat from the local businesses. NISA announced that it launched a man hunt operation which is aimed at apprehending the al shabab operative who is well-known in Benadir and Lower Shabeele regions. The official statement issued by NISA has sent a stern warning to the public not to have dealings with the Mr. Wadaad. The security agency also warned the public to stay away from him as the government is keeping on watchful eyes on him. The al-shabab operative known as Abdilahi Wadad is reported to be extorting money from the local traders as means of Sakawaat. The Agency further said that anyone who brings information regarding the al shabab member will be given a reward.
