The chair of Somaliland’s quality control commission, Hon. Muse Hasan Yusuf has inspected Beer checkpoint where police on duty seized contraband medical drugs.
Mr. Muse told this in Togder province that the confiscated medical drugs were not brought to the country in line with the laws and regulations that they must comply with.
QCC chairperson thanked Togder provincial authority after confiscating the drugs consisting of 33 cartons. The commission will probe into the matter. The chair has appealed to the traders dealing with the drugs to abide by the laws that the commission put in place.
