Mogadishu—Somali PM, Mr. Hasan Ali Kkaire appoints three ministers: Salah Ahmed Jama (formerly Labour & Social Affairs Minister) is the new Constitutional Affairs Minister; Sadiq Warfa is to become Minister for Labour & Social Affairs; Fawzia Mohamed Sheikh is the new Minister for Energy & Water – state media. The PM made the appointment according to a decree issued from his Office.
