Somali PM Visits wounded soldiers at Somali Military Hospital

Somalia’s Federal Gov’t PM, Hon. Hamse Abdi Barre visited the National Army Hospital and Erdogan Hospital on Wednesday and met with gov’t soldiers and local army forces who injured in the fight against the extremist group of Al-Shabab.

During the visit, PM Barre personally spoke with each patient, asking about their health conditions. He prayed for their swift recovery.

He emphasized for their bravery in defending their communities against the enemy.

Hamse said: ” The one who kills the Khawarij or is killed by them has won. As the prophet said that this group has misinterpreted the region. We want the Armed Forces as well as local clan forces to get modern hospitals in order to receive medical attention while the country is in a state of difficult war with the groups who are against peace, stability and one day you will be rewarded when the country is in a state of peace.”

The Somali PM said that the gov’t stands with the gallant soldiers who sacrificed for their lives in order to defend their religion, people and the country so as to eliminate the threat posed by extremist group of Al-Shabab.

He said that the Jihadist group are accustomed of shedding the blood of the Somali populace.
