Somaliland Head of State H.E Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi is due to pay his first visit to Baligubadle in Hawd region on Sunday.
The president is expected to lay the foundation stone for the construction of the road linking Hargeisa and Baligubadle.
During the last presidential campaign, the incumbent president pledged to finalize the construction of the road linking Hargeisa to Baligubadle within the first 100 days of his presidency.
Local residents told Somaliland News Agency (SOLNA) that they are happy to see the visit that Somaliland President will come to the region as he lives up to his campaign pledges.
