HARGEISA–A high level delegation from Eritrea led by the Foreign affairs minister, Hon. Osman Salah Mohamed is due to arrive in Hargeisa later today. The mission of Eritrean delegation to Somaliland is not known as far as the situation in the Horn of Africa is concerned.
