HARGEISA–The Eritrean delegation led by the FM, Mr. Osman Salah Mohamed and is accompanied by the presidential adviser, Mr. Yemene today arrived in Hargeisa and on an official working visit to Somaliland. The delegation from Eritrea was greeted by Somaliland’s Vice President, Mr. Abdirahman Sayli’i. The courtesy call embarked upon by Mr. Osman Salah, Eritrea’s FM was not announced. The FM of Somaliland Mr. Yasin Faraton has briefed the media after the delegation met and held talks with President, Bihi at the presidency. Mr. Faraton has said that the mission of the delegation is to boost the bilateral ties between Somaliland and Eritrea. This is the first minister from Eritrea who paid a courtesy call to the republic of Somaliland since its inception.
