The chief Justice from Somaliland Hon. Adan Haji Ali, received at the headquarters of that institution the EU ambassador to Somalia, Mr. Nicolas Berlanga, who is on working visit to Somaliland. In the meeting, the two sides have agreed to boost the closer working partnership among the the justice department and the European Union. Mr. Adan, the chief justice from Somaliland has expressed thanks to the EU for the unwavering support to the justice department in the country. He urged that once the justice system in Somaliland is up to bar that the EU must play a tremendous role in securing further funds for other stakeholders. They also discussed the upcoming elections in Somaliland and the role of the supreme court.
