We have seen recently the pictures of Galmudug and Southwest State leaders who queued for the voter registration while Hirshabelle president, Ali Gudlawe is preoccupied holding indirect elections in which its time is over.”
He said: “The so-called elections held in Bal’ad district undermines the accords reached by the National Consultative Conference (NCC) and laws approved by the parliament.”
