Somaliland gov is hosting an ICT development & empowering Success Meeting.
This was announced by the minister responsible for Technology and Telecommunication, Mr. Abdiweli Abdilahi Suufi.
The objective behind the high level meeting in Somaliland is to explore ways to exploit the advances on technology in this information age.
According to the minister, the meeting is scheduled to kick off in September, 2019.
The gathering is scheduled to commence from the 7th to 8th of September.
The gathering is entitled to be attended by both private and public stakeholders who are expected to address ways to benefit from the use of friendly advancing technology at this time.
The minister said that this is the first time in Somaliland history to host such a high level conference of its kind.
The minster has reiterated that the use of technology will play a significant role in the socio-economic development of Somaliland.
The minister has sent a plea to all concerned stakeholders that they are cordially invited to attend this high level conference on ICT development.
