HARGEISA–A total of 2, 600 instructors currently working at public schools in Somaliland do not receive their salaries on monthly basis as this is announced by the minister of education and science. The minister, Mr. Osman Jama Aden while briefing the standing committee of the house of elders yesterday said that there are a lot of mess within the ministry of education. The minister stated that ministry is overstaffed as there are 350 staffers currently operating at the ministry complex. Mr. Osman said that the instructors who are not paid are being registered.
